I recently just moved over to Holly Park. Im very grateful to the young lady that rented me the apartment , I was in a bind she went out of her way to assist me. im currently an apartment they are some things that need to be fixed but she guaranteed everything would be fixed the Maintenance guys was so sweet and caring Im thankful for the apartment theres a lot of managers that wouldnt be so understanding Hair hair and willing to help as the young lady in the office was again, I would like to thank you for the great customer service and assistance.

I stopped by this complex to inquire about leasing. The 1st time the manager was friendly, but told me it was a self guided tour , so I looked. The next week I decided to lease, filled out paperwork and dropped by office. Website said it opened at 8 am, I arrived at 8:15. Sign on door said 9 am, so I decided to wait. It wasnt until after 11 am when manager returned. Of course she was in a hurry to rush me through the application . It was another week before she called me back. I stopped by several other times, no one there. She returned my calls twice and we kept playing phone tag. So I lost my $65 application fee. From conversations I had with other residents, she is never there. Glad I chose not to move in, but just wasted $$

I have been at hollypark for 12 years...many managers have come and gone...had to move out because of my husband getting sick but I'm back again and I have never had any problems with maintenance and I think crystal is one of the best managers...she has been helpful and respectful towards me...treat her like you want to be treated and in return you'll get it back...and I have patience with my work orders because of all of tenants...but overall...I'm good here...checked other apts out but picked these again...keep it up Crystal
