Toured with Jessica yesterday and signed today! She was so helpful and wonderful to work with and showed us things we hadn't even asked about! Truly a great place! Highly recommended!

With cost of living on the rise, it would be tragic if you paid to live and leave here. Is American Beauty Mill attractive and unique? Yes. Do they have a roach infestation that is poorly managed, if at all? Also yes. September marks the first of my many roach complaints, and to date, my unit has received 1 spray service and 3 paper traps. And while both the property and property management company claim pest control services are pet-friendly, their onsite pest control tech stated otherwise. Daily I find multiple dead and live roaches in my unit; often I find roaches in the common areas, such as the laundry room and hallways. And after exhausting my personal efforts to communicate and treat the roach infestation myself, I am breaking my lease. The property's indifference to provide a safe and healthy dwelling, and to resolve such related problems within a reasonable time is alarming. Most communication I receive from the property is either untimely, avoidant, unclear, inconsistent, all of the above, or absent. I had to ask three times throughout our email exchanges before the property acknowledged my request to break the lease. And despite their culpability, they want fees and notice to break it - the quintessence of hypocrisy. I did provide them notice... notice of the roach problem... 5 months ago and many times after. And in the same breath, this property neglects their legal responsibilities while enforcing mine in a contract they first violated. Of course I'm not paying fees to leave a roach infested apartment. No one should be penalized for leaving an unhealthy home, so this also surfaces huge and disappointing implications regarding their ethics. There are many attractive and unique places to live in Dallas, and for the health and safety of you and your pets, I highly recommend you choose any of them but American Beauty Mill. Know your rights under the Texas Property Code. You deserve a healthy home.

The leasing agent and the maintenance crew are the best people I have ever interacted with, from the beginning the customer service experience has always been personable and made to feel like family. Their professionalism is unmatched.

Ive been living here for yeeeeeears & I was surprisingly taken by the festive & illuminating Christmas lights that they finally put up this year!!!!! Appreciate it completely!!!!! Stop by & check it out!!! and bring a Santa Claus statue too. And the Johnny Cash artwork was pretty freakin amazing on the 2nd floor!!! I think Ill call my brother about the vacancy on the 4th floor that just came up recently. And by the way, if there are any photographers or artists out there that needs a large studio set with 3 holders for the backdrops & frame storage. Already! ask about 601. Later gators!!! MOJO!!!

I have had the pleasure of calling American Beauty Mill Lofts my home for the past year, and I couldn't be happier with my living experience. From day one, Jessica has been an absolute joy to work with. Her professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail are second to none. She took the time to understand my specific needs and preferences, and she went above and beyond to find me the perfect apartment. Her friendly demeanor and willingness to answer all my questions made the leasing process a breeze. The apartments themselves are beautifully designed, with modern finishes and spacious layouts. I was particularly impressed by how well-maintained the property is. Any maintenance requests I've had were promptly addressed by the responsive maintenance team, ensuring that I always feel comfortable in my home. The amenities at American Beauty Mill Lofts are top-notch. From the well-equipped fitness center to the community lounge, I've enjoyed every bit of what this community has to offer. The courtyard is a peaceful oasis where I often relax and unwind after a long day. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my decision to make American Beauty Mill Lofts my home.
