the s apartment management is the worst and is only exceeded byythe poor plumbing. nothing ever gets fixed in a reasonable times period if at all. it took them 11 months to get rid of the mold in my kitchen and bathroom my floors r pealing up and they have been promising to fix it g g or three months. the lighting outside the apartment is pot and a safety b issue

So I'm my uncle's power of attorney so I handle the bills and work orders I've been putting in the same work order for a year and nothing has been done.After finally not paying the rent and moving my Uncle into a better apartment complex they send an email saying the work order was completed after the eviction process was done. I decided to call the front office to vent my frustrations to the lady in the office,she asked me well what do you want me to do about it,instead of apologizing about the inconvenience.So live here at your own risk they only want roaches to live here and people who don't call to put in work orders.

Update March 19, 2024 - While I hate having to leave negative reviews to get the attention of people to correct issues; I LOVE leaving positive feedback. I had a roof leak occur for the first time since Ive lived here. The Community Manager Lezley was very professional and quickly resolved the issue. She had contractors out within the week of my email and they completed the work quickly. I am impressed at the turn around in concern and work ethic I have seen in such a short time. Just proves that anyone can improve to excellence. I dont know what the issue was prior to my first review and I dont like to assume. Nevertheless, I am extremely grateful and impressed by this drastic change. Thank you for hearing me and caring about your residents. Without us business would not continue to prosper. I am changing my rating based on this experience alone. Please continue to keep up the good work as consistency is key to success and becoming the best version of yourself in everything you do!

1 My bathroom ceiling is leaking the apartments above me bodily fluids 2 They hire fat lazy women that don't even know about how to run a organized HR and lie to you over the phone so they can get off and get back to doing nothing 3. Coming in person submitting work orders does nothing they will delete it 4. God awful amount of roaches I am my own pest control 5. Drug addicts in the laundry rooms STILL 6. They control the AC system for the entire building and will not tell you when they are turning it back on 7. They quick to kick you out but will not service your apartment for any issues 8. Loud drugged up neighbors at night that feed wild animals 9. They pay for fake reviews 10. They know how to do the bare minimum so you. Can not sue. I hope with all my might there business crumbles and falls 11. It's Texas imagine not having AC when you randomly need it during spring and someone shrugged they shoulders and say WE DO NOT HAVE TO LEGALLY DO ANYTHING UNTIL THE APARTMENTS AS A WHOLE ARE 85 OR ABOVE. 12. ITS TIME TO TENANTS TO COME TOGETHER FOR A CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT 13. No matter who owns UPPER E apartments it will always be Dallas #1 HELL HOLE

PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS PLACE If its the only place you have to take you & youre family I truly do understand but when it comes to things around me not being handled or fixed properly but rent is requested with constant notices on your door reminding you to pay your rent its ridiculous. Fix your apartment complexes instead of throwing a band-aid & some duct tape on everything its families with kids who live there and BLACK MOLD is everywhere in all of the units in these apartments of course it will be painted over to give that clean look so when its time to show it off but thats about it believe me do a full check before signing any lease or documentation . Call the City of Dallas if youre having issues while living there,THE CITY SHOULD TARE THIS PLACE DOWN
