Residence at the Oaks Apartments

I've lived here since January 20th 2016. Sandy- great manager Eddie- best maintenance guy, never had to wait for him to fix any problems. He has trained Alberto very well. Property is manicured well. Overall I give it a 5.

It is a great place to live. The neighbors are concern about you and watch out for you. Mrs. Sandy is a very concern and beautiful person. She will work with you no matter what the problem is. The maintenance guys are great.

I have lived at the Residence at the Oaks for four years. It is the best apartment complex in Dallas. The manager, Sandy and her staff are nice and always willing to help. She cares about her residents and provides a van for their grocery shopping and doctor 's appointments. I will always live at the Residence at the Oaks, it's home for me
