    Here are some examples of the landlord neglecting to take care of their property and residents. Due to my disability and medical needs, I informed them of all necessities prior to move in- including needing a bathtub. My NEWLY RENOVATED apartment was absolutely disgusting from Day one. It was filfthy, has a cracked bathtub, broken and used appliances, mold, warped walls, terrible smells, broken AC- and more. Ive had nothing but unpleasant, uncomfortable, and unsafe, experiences with their management, staff, and maintenance.

    I originally moved to this building in June of 2022, and it went downhill FAST. However, a new management company was brought in about 2 weeks ago and have already made incredible improvements to the property. They are quick to respond, knowledgeable, and SO friendly. It's a lovely contrast compared to what we dealt with before. I just re-signed my lease because I'm beyond excited to see the improvements they will bring to the property (and it's so obvious they're incredibly excited too)! As I'm writing this, the lobby is being renovated as are select units and amenity areas. With the previous management, it's almost like they gate-kept things from tenants about the property. It was awful lol. But now, I'm given honest updates on construction and reno plans and timelines. The renovated units are simply stunningggggg. With this awesome new crew, I'm ready for them to help turn this building into the best it can be and bring it back to life. --- UPDATE: ~10 months with the new management (Dec '23): Wow, what a difference a good management company makes. Greystar truly came in and rescued this building. A quick breakdown of pros & cons: Pros: -Leasing team (Junior, Amanda, Daned) are very helpful & responsive. They are also very informative about things happening in the building -Great concierge team (shoutout EJ!!) -Super responsive maintenance team -New, large gym with downtown views -Large pool with downtown views & lots of sun -Large parking garage -I feel safe in the building -Awesome location, with lots of good stores in our building -So many floor plans to choose from, all with large windows. The renovated units are gorgeous, but even the "traditional" ones are great, too -The renovated units are actually so stunning. -Lots of much-needed updates happening to the building to make it truly "luxury" -Easy-to-navigate resident portal app -Community events at least once/month Cons: -Because of lots of renovations, there are lots of noises throughout the day (at least in the main tower) -There are 3 elevators in the main tower, and the service one is usually used for move-in/out, limiting 90% of the building to two elevators that can take ages during busier times
