Luxia Gallery House North

We recently moved into Luxia Gallery House and it's been a fantastic experience! The place is beautiful, and the amenities are wonderful. The entire staff has been extremely helpful throughout our entire moving process!

It blows my mind how an establishment so nice uses no common sense when putting signs for the apartments up. For example I was looking for 1582 but when you get off the elevator the numbers on the sign go up to 1541. How is a delivery driver supposed to know it goes all the way up to whatever number when you put that kind of signage up. Do better. Put up some signs that make sense. Clearly and an example of how common sense is running out. Nice looking complex though.

My coworker Wing lives in this complex and from what I have heard, this is an awesome complex to live in. Manager Holly is truly exceptional.

PLEASE READ THIS PRIOR TO YOU STAYING THERE. This place is not safe and they have no clue on how to make it safe. My car got stolen from here and THEY HAVE NO CAMERA FOOTAGE OF IT. Not once did they call me back to even apologize but the scary part is that the cameras in the garage are blocked by framing. When my car was stolen, I waited a month to hear anything back "because the manager was on vacation". That really tells you how the residents living there is apart of there concerns. This apartment complex was a transactional deal - they needed it to open ASAP and the work shows. As soon as it opened it was sold to another company. Luckily enough they were nice enough to break my lease because of my travel schedule, I didn't feel safe my wife living there. Management is terrible, the complex is dirty, and most important its not a safe place. My friend lives across at the other complex and cars get stolen there too. They send aggressive emails and threat you that you're going to get fined for everything...at times i emailed back asking can we fine them since the garage door is broken, the elevators are broken, there is trash everywhere....no response The reviews for this place should tell you how bad it is.
