        Lived here for 4 years, always paid my rent on time. Went on a month to month lease and when I gave a 30 day notice, management billed me one month's rent for not giving a 60 notice (per my lease). My lease expired and they were trying to unlawfully bill me and keep my security deposit. Had to hire an attorney and got my full deposit refunded immediately.

        They have rats. Leaks . Landlords are extremely overbearing and will come into your house when they want. But don't actually actively take care of this place. I would NOT move here. I feel bad for the maintenance man, he tried his best with the little help he gets from management here.

        Would not recommend. Maintenance issues take forever to get fixed and Omo the property manager is extremely rude and condescending when you reach out with any questions or concerns.
