Highland Hills Apartments

If I could give minus rating I would! My mom's home was broken into several times while she was at work. At the end of May the gang they allowed to live there shot up the neighbors home, then broke into my mom's house, assaulted my mom, dad, siblings and stole everything. The security is a joke. Even the office will tell you they're for show. Make sure you carry a bigger gun then your neighbor. Sorry excuse of a slum apartment complex.

put in an application with the move in date being 10/31, got accepted but they changed the move in date without letting me know to 11/12. Went in to pay my deposit and move in fees and found that they also were putting me in a different apartment location. Spoke to two residents there that are trying to break their lease due to sewage coming up the sink and showers and flooding. Roach filled apartments. Bad office communication. Wouldnt recommend dealing with them. $1000 for 3 bedrooms was way too good to be true

Newly remodeled. Ancient windows leak air like the failing arms guy you see I front of car dealerships. Major issues with mail box keys 14 days still no key. No access to mail. Everyday a diff promise. I spoke with local post office. Box key management is out of their control, but they have received many complaints. Apt Manager yelled at me. Said my efforts were unacceptable, I let her know what is unacceptable is not providing services paid for. If you have 200 mail boxes order 210 locks and keys then rotate them. If it takes two to three weeks to arrive, then order them two to three weeks in advance. Always be prepared to conduct business fully & professionally. 1st rain leaky roof. (Informed delivery email let me know my needed item was present) I had to wait outside 6 hrs to met mailman. It took 4 months to get 1 key The complex is noisy. Lots of foot traffic, loitering & loud music Plenty of "smoke in the air.
