Leasing doesnt care at all and end of the month they overcharge every month. When contract comes to an end they will send $2k extra bill on top of safety deposit.

Beware! Do no rent here! I am not one to write reviews but I have been fighting with them for months and dont feel Im doing right by others if I dont share my experience. I moved out LAST APRIL and am still fighting with them to get my deposit back. I didnt receive a deposit at all for 6 months. Its Texas law to have it within 30 days. Calling, texting, emailing, and going in person to figure it out. I was very nice about it all too and they seemed it as well. Until I left and just got ghosted. Literally they tell you what you want to hear and then never answer again. Finally receive it and its hugely under the amount I am owed. So I never got the correct deposit. They wrongfully charged me rent twice in order to not give me the correct amount of my deposit back that should have been over $300. They quite literally stole from me and only gave me just over $50 which is already ridiculous considering I paid rent on the 10th of April and was already told multiple times that I was getting back over $300 and sent my final status. Then somehow magically months later in September after Ive been moved out Im charged again for rent showing for a date I didnt even live there. Doesnt make any sense and I fought it for even more months with 0 response or help. But because I dont have the time to even deal with this complete fraud and scam I decided its not worth it to deal with them and just decided to eat it and deposit the small $50 amount even though Im owed hundreds which again is absolutely appalling and straight thievery. But yet to make this all even worse the check they sent me bounced and I got charged for it. Thats insane. They need to pay me what Im owed and compensate me for what I was charged because of their check bouncing. I should really be given the total amount of the original deposit at this point. This is so ridiculous. This just showed me that I should take action so this doesnt happen to anyone else. So here I am and I hope you all read this and DO NOT TRUST THEM. I strive to be a very kind and understanding person and I acted that way throughout this whole experience and tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but clearly I have been fooled.so upsetting. Dont let this happen to you too.

This apartment complex has given me nothing but issues, the maintenance is a complete joke my A/C unit has been out for over a month and I requested maintenance multiple times it has yet to be fixed. It has been 80 degrees in Texas and this is not mandatory? Customer service is horrible the phones are never answered it goes straight to voicemail. this apartment complex is not abiding by Texas State laws
