Rosa in the office is always excellent! The area is very safe and the apartments are well kept for their age. I enjoy how peaceful all my neighbors are.

So I was looking for an apartment in Dallas and this lady was full at another complex but referred me over to this apartment saying that its family owned and they are really great people! So I went in and the lady at the front office was super nice and helpful and made the entire application process easy! I move in in a few days and hope for the best but I love the impression I got from this place! To add its also a great location near all sorts of restaurants and shopping centers as well as movie theaters! Great Great Apartment Complex!

Someone STOLE my catalytic converter and cut off my muffler and O2 sensor from my car on this property!! Which is going to cost up to $3000 to repair! This could have been prevented if the gates worked. The gates to the apartment complex are always open and never functioning. I wouldnt consider this a gated community at all. Definitely NOT SAFE! In addition, when I moved in, my apartment had over 20 live ROACHES everywhere in my apartment on the first day of move in. They dont do regular pest control maintenance. I dont recommend this apartment complex UPDATE (one week later): the gates still dont work. I sent an email to give feedback on the gates and possibly getting a parking lot attendant to keep the apartments safe but they never responded back. UPDATE (again): my friends car was TOWED from the visitors section. The visitors section isnt clearly defined in any documents. They have a PREDATORY TOWING service and they do not have any intentions on resolving this issue. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPLEX.
