Nice enough apartment, elevators NEVER work, more than once EVERY single elevator in the building has been broken, glass in the stairways, pretty much every door in the stairways is broken, garage gates are broken often and then cars are broken into, hallways are dirty, trash room is disgusting. Theres always signs about how youll be fined for leaving things dirty yet it still keeps happeningpeople are always screaming at night, people leave dog poop everywhere which also should be a fine and it still keeps happening

All of the information below is true: I lived here for 4 years, and during that time there were 2 murders and 4 total gun related incidents aka this is not a safe area, it is right next to the Dart public transport area. I was chased in the basement garage by the homeless people who used to live there. The Elevators did not work more often than not (as in the last 2 years of my tenure). The Hallway of my building (#3) Smells horrible and the office recognized this but nothing was done. The building is full of Trash, the stairwells are full of trash, the garage is full of trash, the building is not properly secured, I had two packages stolen off my doorstep living here. The pool is a joke, it has been green for at least 2-3 years, and the workout facility is full of half broken machines. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone. I live in a new apartment and the differences are night and day. I provided proof of renters insurance all 4 years and if you log onto the apartment website all of my insurance documents are stored on my online account. I sent the evidence of insurance to their new 3rd party Vendor, however, even upon bringing this to managements attention, they have charged me $18 every bill for the last year for insurance that I already have. Legally, you can't have double insurance - the front office was not helpful in any way. On another occasion I was also told by the office "we aren't required to provide working elevators that is a privilege", yet I let them know that is not legal (Americans with disability act). Its been over 12 months straight apartment 3s elevator has been broken. Finally, I had to call one of the VP's who works for the management company to get the front office to acknowledge the trash issues. This is a great example of the customer service once you are a resident. P.S. "The elevator repair company does not have the parts needed and the elevator can't be repaired" - Talk about going above and beyond for your residents. wow I am never going to find a place. seems like all the places in Dallas want you to pay a pretty penny and the apartment reviews are trash.
