Seemed like a nice property until I asked leasing agent Justin about the subsidized housing I guess they dont want People to know about it or really dont want tenants that use subsidized housing.. Justin paused in mid conversation and placed me on hold and never came back to the phonevery unprofessional so from the phone call I could tell how my experience was going to be

Dover House is an great community. The apartments are spacious, well-maintained and have modern finishes. The location is ideal with easy shopping, dining, and entertainment. The amenities are top-notch and include a pool, fitness center, and clubhouse. The management team is attentive and responsive to residents' needs, and maintenance requests. Overall, Dover House is a great place to call home

They don't reply to the emails. It's been more than a month since I moved out and I haven't received my deposit yet. I sent an email asking about it and they never replied back. A few more things to take into account when you apply: 1. Parking is challenging, specially for building 1. 2. Amenities fee is too much, $65 for what? 3. Application fees and admin fees are too much, $350 for what? 4. Receiving packages is so challenging.

Dover House is a great place to stay. The amenities are great too!!
