        This is one of the worst insurance companies I have ever encountered and the most expensive! You go in person to sign documents to cancel the policy and they still draft your bank account without your authorization!

        Came to this location to add a 2nd car to my policy..there was 1 black girl there and she ran and locked me out as I was walking up to the door saying she was on lunch. Most ratchet location I've ever been to and I almost switched companies because of her. Thankfully the Jefferson store was ready to assist me and provided great service. Will never go to this run down location ever again.
