I have been with them for more than 10 years. I have always had automatic payment, only this time I do not have the service so I called to make a payment and they told me that your policy is canceled and you have to pay an extra charge. Probably one of the worst insurance companies i have had the cheap price isnt worth the hassle. There is a difficulty every time i need to make a payment. Cant get my policy updated to pay on online since 2022 because none of the reps know how to do it tried to add a new card the rep didnt know how to do it and said i would have to come into the office to do so and i live over an hour away. Wouldnt recommend and will be switching companies
