        My first time getting butterfly locs was okay. Second time? Horrible. She completely messed up the locs and refused to touch up on it after I realized she damaged what I paid for. The place is disgusting. Not to mention WHILE I was getting my hair done, a health inspector came and said there was multiple business violations. They have a child that runs around too uncontrolled. Nearly snipped off my locs when they were finished. Do not get your hair done here.

        I was recommended by a google review from another braid salon. I was not disappointed. I do not recall who braided my hair but she was amazing. My hair is neat and exactly as I wanted. They were not overly expensive. The quote I received over the phone was exactly what I paid.

        Nancy got me in last minute for my birthday after 3 other shops cancelled on me she took her time and made sure my hair was perfect it was my first time having my hair done here but I definitely will be back. Very satisfied customer Service: Twist braids
