DO NOT LEASE A SUITE HERE! One of the worst property managers I have ever dealt with. Majorly unresponsive to issues, corrupt money hunger people who will hold your items hostage!!!

My experience was excellent. Kisha M. provided me excellent customer service. She answered my questions promptly and provided me with recommendations. She analyzed my hair, products and discussed the process with me. She is welcoming, listens, has gentle hair touch hands, and provided attention to detail to provide the best services. Kisha shampoo, conditioned and provided treatment on my damaged hair for health growing. I got a outstanding haircut and style I wanted. Her service is appreciated at Ovation Salon Suites-Black Velvet Stylz in Dallas, Texas -17194 Preston Road. Its worth the drive people!

I love having my studio inside Ovation Salon Suites! Im in the Preston location, been here for almost 3 years. The atmosphere is welcoming, the hallways are quiet, restrooms are clean, and my maintenance requests get done in a timely manner. Jordan is the manager and hes the best! Definitely recommend!
