I wanted to share my experience with this dealership in hopes it can keep others from getting screwed over. I purchased a vehicle in August 2023 and less than a month later I was hit and my car was totaled. Because of being forced to purchase their third-party warranty, my car was not completely paid off so I still had a balance of $3500 which I was forced to purchase this warranty. I did not want it. I was told they dont sell cars without a warranty. . I also was not offered gap insurance. I was not familiar with gap insurance prior as purchase, so Im not sure why it was not offered, but had it been offered I would not be in the situation that Im in. I initially contacted Darrell in November 2023 to cancel my warranty in which she said were getting it canceled for you. Well, I followed up a week later and nothing had been done because I got a message from the admin at Carmen but she is sent stopped responding to my emails so I do not know if my warranty has been canceled or not and no one from this deal will contact me, I will be filing an complaint with a Better Business Bureau
