        This business is a total scam. Sean, the owner, Has employees that are trading rental cars for laptops and drugs. DO NOT GIVE THEM UR PERSONAL INFO! OR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION! U WILL GET SCAMMED!

        Hi my booking was paid and was cancelled at the last minute after trying to reach a live person to confirm. No working numbers and I started to worry . At 10pm last night the booking was cancelled due to mechanical issue . Said that he would process a refund last night with last four of card number . I followed up this morning and he asked me to take a picture of my ID held next to me to verify and send to him which I did not do when I had asked him for proof that he processed the refund . I filed a claim with my bank . I would not recommend this vendor . He left us high and dry and scrambling to find another service at the 12th hour and then did not process the refund or show proof that it was in process This company has two companies Executive Class Limos and Executive Class Rentals . They are run by the same person .

      Thanks for the feedback having just won the 2022 best rental car agency in Dallas this comes a quote a surprise. We have never heard any story like this. If this is an actual event we would like to investigate this matter and take immediate action internally and criminally if a crime has been committed with those involved. Please email [email protected] with a description of what happened. I'm assuming that you aren't the person who received a rental car that you paid for with drugs and a laptop and this is an event you heard about from a third party (which I'm not sure a 3rd party hearsay event would justify you personally submitting a negative review of the business, especially without having some concrete evidence this event actually occurred). Trust this will get handled if it's a legitimate situation. If you don't have actual names, dates, times, vehicles, and what drugs were given to employees then please refrain from allegations in this nature.
