Jovie of Park Cities

We used the caregivers from College Nannies & Sitters (AKA College Nannies & Tutors) at Park Cities through my companys benefit that is provided to all employees as back up care. We were excited about this perk because our regular babysitter was out on vacation. However, our experience with the caregivers from College Nannies & Sitters at Park Cities and the management of College Nannies & Sitters at Park Cities was a huge disappointment. Their caregivers cancelled our reservations in two consecutive days without any notification prior to day they were scheduled to come. College Nannies & Sitters at Park Cities did not make any effort to communicate the cancellation with us through our companys back up care agency (our agency), who were relying on their back up care on those days. After we provided our constructive criticism about their lack of communication of the no shows with our agency, there was no apology or any feedback from the management of College Nannies & Sitters at Park Cities. Instead of reflecting on improvement of their current management policy, they denied our constructive feedback by excluding us from their back up care customer list and acted very unprofessionally. They immediately canceled our next two days of reservations, which had been re-confirmed with them through our agency and with their caregiver a day before. As a result, my husband and I had to scramble to make alternative arrangements through our agency. Because of this late cancellation by College Nannies and Sitter at Park Cities, I lost an additional two days of time from work. Moreover, the management from College Nannies and Sitters at Park Cities made false accusations about me and my son to our agencys quality assurance division in an attempt to justify their inappropriate decision. I spent hours on the phone speaking with our agencys quality assurance representative in order to clear those false accusations made against us. By the end of this long and exhausted process and after I lost over 20 hours from work, both my husband and I were extremely disappointed at how we were treated by the caregivers from College Nannies & Sitters at Park Cities and the management of College Nannies & Sitters at Park Cities. Based on what we had experienced, I would not recommend anyone to use the care service provided by College Nannies & Sitters at Park Cities unless substantial improvements will be made by the management of College Nannies & Sitters at Park Cities to enhance their communication and to treat their customers with respect.

So awesome! Every sitter we have had has been professional and fun! My kids have loved all of them. The app on my phone is so convenient!! I know I can schedule a sitter at any time. They are all back ground checked and well trained. Call them!!!
