Do not get your clothes altered here. I got my dress for a bridal event altered here and not only did they make more adjustments they I requested but they singed the back of the dress. After I realized there was damage on my dress the owner said it was just wrinkled and they could fix it. After I returned and she realized it was not coming off she began to accuse of bringing my new dress in damaged and suggested I go return it to my original vendor with alterations and all she refused to take any responsibility. I will never be giving them my business again.

They put a hole in $80 pair of Nike exclusive biker shorts right where I had them alter the stitching!!! I explain calmly about my concerns before I even take it off the rack or pay With ATHE RUDIST ATTITUDE AND LACK OF EMPATHY AND DISREGARD TO MY PROBLEM. The older women looks me in face says $28 thats not my problem mi politely stated can I get a discount or speak to who can help me ! ? I explain my butt and hood are wide that small hole will eXPAND!! She says no wash it and it go way! Huh?? that this point Im hot cuz no AC in there !! And So SAD ABOIT HOW I WAS TREAT AND MY NIKE SHORTS I WORE ONCE !! I paid $28 I walked out nicely!! Ima suggest just getting your clothes dry cleaned here NO ALTERATIONS!! Cuz they not responsible for any holes they put in your clothes !!!

Damaged 6 different dress shirts, no refund, no explanation, never coming back again, don't come here unless you want to risk damage to your clothing
