Went through drive-through to get a BLT and I got a sandwich with bacon on it. Nothing else just bacon !!!! tried to call and tried and tried and tried. I tried the home office where you cant leave a message but it says to leave a message doesnt give you an option to do so I called the store several times to no answer!!!!

Paid over $40 for 3 combo meals and all 3 were messed up very unprofessional and inconsiderate the admiral location is horrible never again called corporate and never got a response

Theresa H in the drive through must be experiencing an unpleasant day today. She definitely provided us with unpleasant service. Poor attitude. When we got to the window she didnt greet us, didnt tell us the price of Our meals just stood there holding 2 cups, so we had to ask her how much it cost. Then we wanted to ask for ranch, but she had already closed the window so we had to get her attention so that she can return to the window. We were charged $.38 per ranch we got two. Then we checked our food after we drove off and realized there was no bacon on our bacon cheese Burgers so we went back through the drive-through to tell her that there was no bacon on our bacon cheeseburgers instead of coming to the window and greeting us she did not greet us again did not apologize for messing up the order did not offer to remake the order, but handed us three strips of bacon through the window to add to our bacon cheeseburgers. Our food was $28 do better.

Ive actually been to Burger Street before. Ive found that they do things differently enough that they warrant visiting at least once, so when a good friend asks that you do a review of the restaurant, its hard to resist. Burger street is what would happen if you took the dining area off of the fast-food restaurant, which means that their sole focus is drive thru and take-out orders. That said, I drove through for mine and order the Bacon Bacon Cheeseburger combo. The drink was what you expect of fountain soda. The curly fries were actually alright. They arent the same flavor as Arbys curly fries, but they were certainly better than the standard fare from most other restaurants in their class. They were fairly well seasoned and didnt require dipping sauce like most. Their burger was definitely one of the better burgers in the industry. The meat is better than Wendys, about the same quality as Burger King but without the flavor. The toppings: shredded lettuce, red onions, pickles, tomatoes, and American cheese; all were remarkably fresh, which is one of the big positives to the restaurant chain. Burger Street is a good fast-food level chain and well worth visiting if youre on the search for fast or cheap food with great quality.
