Just found out Kevin the GM, and Xavier another manager are both leaving!!! What is going on? These two are the best of the best and it's a shame that Ulta will be losing these two.

Xavier helped my girlfriend find a match for her foundation, he was extremely helpful explaining the technique of applying it. He is clearly a pro and only took 2 tries to find the right shade!

As other reviews have stated, this location is very rude, unfriendly, and "uppity". I've never been greeted or asked if I need help, and whenever I check out, it's never "have a great day" or "take care" - just straight attitude or silence. For those who live in the Dallas area, I always go to the location near the Galleria now, as I'm treated with respect and friendliness there. I'd rather make the farther drive than deal with this location.
