i went here and i literally never go to major beauty places like this, always small beauty supply stores. the first women to help me were so sweet and so willing to help i almost considered going more often, till the cashier, Jasmine. the interaction started off okay, the usual do u want to sign up kind of thing i declined and said i literally never go, she kept up the schtick which is fair its her job. but where it went down hill for me was the fact that she visibly got upset with my refusal. she tapped on the POS hard as hell and when i finished paying she told me, rudely, to hit print for my receipt. no please, just a demand. then when she handed me my item she didn't say have a good day or thank you. its like all nice ness and politeness went right out the window when i didnt give her what she wanted. i really hate how she couldn't just be nice about it like who really cares? this isn't you're whole entire life and if it then i see why she was so pissed.

Visited the Lovers Ln store. Exceptional service by Matty. He color matched and tried different options for covering my very dark sunspots. I looked so much better. And he showed me how to apply so it wouldn't look cakey. I was so excited to get up the next day and put on makup!! Thanks Matty, you're the best!

The BEST! I went in for a blowout and hair style, as well as lash application. Mars did my lashes! They were extremely personable, made me feel right at home! We were laughing and talking like old friends! My lashes stayed on all night, which I can never accomplish by myself. Sasha did my hair, and WOW. She nailed it. I showed her some inspiration pics, and she knocked it out of the park. The blowout and products used were perfect choices for my hair type, and then end result was better than I couldve dreamed of. Ive never loved my hair more. Also, she was sweet as could be, again, cannot express enough how I felt so comfortable there. Ill be back for all my styling needs! Thank yall so much!

Katie absolutely saved my life - I had gotten my makeup done at the Dallas Galleria Sephora, and the makeup split, and the Sephora would not fix it. So I came here, and within 20 minutes Katie had fixed their mistakes and saved the makeup. Absolutely brilliant makeup artist. THANK YOU!
