        I am appalled! I called with some new patient inquiries on 10/17/2023 at 2:25pm. According to the automated message that was within their business hours frame, so I kept holding to speak to someone. Eventually the called was answered by the doctor's answering service, I apologized and I started explaining to the operator that I intended to talk to the front desk not the doctor's answering service in the most sincere and respectful manner. The operator hung up on me! I know that was no accident and it's unfortunate the way they treat people.
