Hello I must say that the group of people in the Jefferson Dental Office at 5334 Ross Avenue are a very very exceptional group!! From the time I walked into the office I was met with a pleasant smile from their frontline team of ladies; followed by everyone such as my dental technician that took my X-rays/ exams followed by Dr. A that put my bridge back in and ending with the Dental Hygienist that gave me a very detailed cleaning ending with my teeth being in a healthier state!!! I must say that even though I may not have mentioned their names individually correctly!! When you walked into that office you will also become overwhelmed by the experience and great service you received from that team of customer first - people caring group!! Wonderful experience with Jefferson Dental. From check-in to check out, I have nothing but wonderful things to say. Daniela and Shy were super helpful and friendly, definitely made me feel comfortable and welcome. David the hygienist is amazing! Wonderful attention to detail and I loved the way he connects with patients to provide the best care for them.

I had no problems with my insurance and their professional staff explained my coverage and the procedures of my treatment. I enjoyed myself, because they made me comfortable. Highly recommended for Dental procedures.
