Cashier was so rude, horrible customer service! She threw the bag at me and all the stuff on the counter fell over. Rude customer service and has a mean attitude. Didnt even say hi when I said hi how are you

Short older Black male Manager with braids is very rude and follows u through the aisle watched me from outside the store and Tall undercover Blk Male watches people in the back and then when u get to the register. Will not be spending anymore money hereGo elsewhere!!! Not worth it

Very rude staff. Went for change and was told I had to buy something because the register doesnt just open like that but when someone paid for something in cash, black lady with dreads still refused to give me change and forced me to buy an item with a smirk on her face. Will never stop here again and dont encourage anyone else to do so.

A lot of good stuffs at low prices. Tho she was by herself, the only employee did a wonderful job; on top of being able to keep her temper & attitude well above par. And keep the store running. Understandable the store tries to keep the overhead low, so they could keep the prices low & affordable. Thank you! 01/03/2024. Wow! New year new look! Family Dollar really made efforts & spent big bucks to reorganize & make the store very nice to shop. Just a few months. Plus, they have more staffs to handle customers' needs. Note that there r much more quality items to choose. Thank you Family Dollar. Folks, give it a try. Ty
