Appointment only, no PSA... No online application for Drivers license transfers... Not a great experience for people getting off of work trying to get processes completed. I'll update my review based on the appointment that is blatantly disrupting my sleep pattern

I waited a whole entire hour when my appointment was set for 12:15, then they said that they would call out the numbers and they did, but when I heard my number I went up and they said that they didnt call my number. So, I waited and waited then asked was my number called and they said yes, BUT I would have to reschedule AGAIN for the second time in a row until October and now it is JUNE.

Very large, spacious facility. You must have an appointment to enter the building and check in. Make sure you have all the documents you will need for your appointment, or you will have to return. They have monitors that announce the check in numbers. Be ready to listen and look for your number. Aileen was very helpful and kind to assist my elderly father renew his ID.
