Years of using their services, I always carry the same item, which has several folds. The last two times the pants were poorly ironed, the folds were very poorly done, I told them what happened to the person who had always attended to me, he told me that he understood and would report it. Today I went to pick up, I checked the pants and it was the same, today another person was there He told me that they had changed owners, that they had not been charged correctly because they had many folds, and that they had not even put starch in them... Anything but being responsible for the work he had just paid for. He needed to tell me that "Mercury was retrograde" NO RETURN Lack of professionalism, it's a shame not all changes are good.

Bad service wasnt done like it was supposed and very racist Asia man didnt want to refund my money and didnt want to give me my clothes back after he didnt do his job dont go there hes a loser and because my son is 63 and was asking him for his clothes he showed his gun other then owning his fault and not being a better businessman

Very good turnaround time great work starts was perfect on each and every item I had when the cheapest in town but is right by my job and convenient and they did a good job

Last Wednesday, I took my work and church suits to this cleaners. I picked up my suits on Friday of that same week. On Sunday morning I discovered my white dress suit jacket was stained in the front and it wasn't stained when I dropped it off. I needed to wear the suit for church service, so I didn't have time to have it recleaned. Then on Tuesday morning I discovered my blue work suit had been pressed but still smelly under the arms of each jacket. At this point I took my suit back to the cleaners, I was told by the man working there that my suit had been washed and pressed and there was nothing more that could be done. No apology or discount was offered. This is TOTALLY unacceptable. It makes me question if my clothes were ever being fully dry cleaned. I DO NOT RECCOMMEND THIS DRY CLEANERS AND I WILL NOT BE BACK.
