Very professional and personable. They helped me so much before my daughters wedding in an emergency situation. I asked some friends where I could take a few of my nice dresses to be cleaned and they told me Dee & Hattie. They are more expensive but it was worth it to have it done right. I had taken some similar items to a cheaper place and ended up regretting it. You get what you pay for. Danielle took the time to talk with me about my concerns and answered my million questions. They definitely know garments and stains. I have been back several times since then and I'm very satisfied. This is not a cheapo rush job place but experienced and good at what they do.
