My wife and I have been going to this family-owned business for over a year now. I'm a pretty messy eater but there's never been a stain that Freeman's couldn't get out and their turnarond to get my clothes cleaned is great - usually no more than a day or two. Plan to use them for years to come.

My husband took his jeans there, they were starched amazingly.. but when he went to put them on the zipper was broken. We took the jeans back, they replaced the zipper and then tried making us pay for it!! THEN we noticed a hole in the jeans where they replaced the zipper and they are saying they didnt do it. Weve been going here since September so Im really sad to say we wont be going here anymore. He was saying Im losing money anyways, just take the jeans. Sighing when I talked, saying OH MY GOSH and treating me with such disrespect when I was just wondering what the heck happened to his jeans!! Denied every word I said and then tried to say we didnt go there and none of this happened there because the starch was different. They took all the threading out from the zipper during the process of them replacing the zipper. Im so frustrated.
