Owner is incredibly friendly and a pleasure to talk with. Unfortunately I was dissatisfied with the quality of the dry cleaning performed. Two suit jackets were returned wrinkled and a mark has appeared on one of my custom dress shirts.

Do not use this dishonest place. I've been going here for years and was just treated so terribly that I will never go back! The owner repeatedly lied and told me I didn't have clothes here even though I knew I dropped them off last week. He kept trying to convince me that I had picked them up almost a month ago. I even left thinking I was crazy and then went back. Finally pushed back enough that he said fine, come look and prove yourself wrong and I found 5 bunches of clothes under somebody else's name in their rack. Then he tried to blame his employee who wasn't even there the day he took my clothes and didn't create a ticket. He still refused to admit his mistake. I called it to his attention and said you should try to help customers instead of just denying the issue and he told me to get out with some choice profane words. We have spent thousands of dollars there over the years and he would still rather mistreat and lose a long time customer than admit he made a mistake. I've had other instances where I was given the wrong clothes and clothes of ours have gone missing or been returned damaged and I overlooked them in the past, but this was the last straw. What a horrible way to run your business! Service: Laundry wash & fold
