Dry Clean Super Center

This dry cleaners is very unprofessional and can not keep employees. The owner appears to be a slave driver because the employees in turn take their frustrations out on the poor defenseless customers. The attendant who waited on me was very rude and talked to me as if I was intruding on him. Do not take your clothes to this dry cleaning establishment unless you want to be abused. Upon witnessing a noticeable improvement in service quality, I decided to provide feedback once more. A young Hispanic gentleman attended to me efficiently until another customer arrived. Instead of completing my order first, he requested me to wait while he helped the newly arrived customer. Despite this, he managed to assist me without interruption until our transaction concluded. I felt disrespected and undervalued by the entire experience. Customer service is always a key component in business operations.

I attempted to use this business because of their advertising of leather/suede cleaning and I brung in a jacket with hopes of having it cleaned and I was turned away stating they didnt offer that service.
