Uncaring & Uncommunicative Dismissed abruptly from the position and Southwest Search had no explanation as to why. None have yet to tell me what I have done to warrant such an dismissal. The only communication I have received since is about other jobs rather than clarification about what exactly happened with the previous job. It is quite important to know why someone was dismissed as it is surely to come up in future interviews. This staffing agency does not have interest in anything more than shuffling people between contracts. The health insurance is poor and no dental nor vision is available so keep that in mind as well if those are important to you. Communication with the company and contract was awful. I stated my discouragement with the position at an earlier time and was not helped by the agency nor employer in resolving this issue. Clear communication could have prevented this from happening. If it counts for anything, they send pay stubs efficiently when requested though it would make more sense for these to be available via the portal.
