Preston at Alpha Workforce Center

So disappointed. I was so looking forward to enrolling in classes. The one lady that takes care of this is not reliable. I emailed her and my email was blocked. She was supposed to call and set everything for orientation and I never heard from her and no answer when I call. There should always be a back up for any position on the job. I absolutely hate having to deal with someone who obviously doesn't want to deal with me. Maybe she was overwhelmed but the way things happened, I felt ignored just like at the Buckner location, the lady just walked away and said she was going to lunch. Didn't try to get know one else to help or anything, just left me hanging. I give 3 because the only good thing was the guy at the front desk was very helpful at the Alpha location. If you have a job, be grateful. It's all a joke out here. Now hiring signs everywhere but everyone including the employment office are playing games with people.
