I debated posting this review, but ultimately decided other ladies had to hear about my experience so they knew exactly what they are rolling the dice on: I had a set done with Dom. While she was sweet, I would not recommend anyone go to her for lashes as she still needs to master proper pad placement technique, among other important things. I left with really bad chemical burn in both eyes that lasted 6 days. The entire bottom half of my eyeballs were fire-engine red and hurt like I had massive sty's every time I blinked. Seriously, it feels like you got socked in the eyeballs. Since it had been like 7 years since I had lashes and it was just once, I didn't remember this wasn't normal. When I messaged her, she actually tried to convince me it was an "allergy" and that she saw the extreme redness when I opened my eyes after the service and meant to tell me to take a Benadryl..... like, I'm sorry WUT?!? You meant to tell me, but you just forgot?... I knew that couldn't be right so I did my own research. I went to a licensed master lash educator that I found through IG, and she confirmed my suspicions. To top it off, the lash educator also told me about how many girls are NOT licensed to do lashes and practicing while only taking a day lash certification course. An esthetician/ hair/etc license DOES NOT qualify you to do lashes. You need an Eyelash Technician license! This is Scary! This is my vision you were carelessly playing with. It's my fault too, I should've done more thorough research and chosen someone licensed who knows how to properly apply lashes without risking blindness. Ladies, this was just my experience, but my advice: look elsewhere. An establishment that allows even 1 un-licensed lash artist is a HUGE red flag!!

Since I started going to Vienna's and met Jocelyn then Dom, Both of these ladies are good at their craft. Professional, courteous, and do an awesome job even when there's corrections needed they actually see you right away. So ladies if you need lashes or eyebrows done go see them. They're awesome !!!
