Ergeon review I dont normally take the time to write a review or do a survey, but I have NEVER experienced such AWESOME customer service ANYWHERE from ANYONE! EVER!! Everyone was so friendly and quick to respond, shout out to the project manager, Omar, but Tanesha is the reason I went with Ergeon! She is literally the BEST customer service rep I have ever dealt with for anything in my entire life. When I told her that I needed a quote as soon as possible, she arranged for a video quote after I got off from work that same day! It was like talking to an old friend! It was actually FUN designing my fence with her! And the price was VERY reasonable! Much better than what I was expecting! She always got back to me very quickly, even if it was after hours or a weekend! She even texted funny emojis and gifs. Who does that?! LOVE IT! Ergeon took care of everything (permits, property specs, etc). Once they had all the permits, they immediately started work and finished the fence in 2 days! (props to Jorge and his crew) even with half of the fence being covered with vines! They removed those too! (When we had tried to take them down, it took the fence down with them, so we stopped.) They also removed an old basketball goal in the driveway AND they finance! My fence is BEAUTIFUL now instead of embarrassing! If you need a new fence, go with Ergeon for sure! And they plant a tree in a national forest for every project?! How cool is THAT?! Service: Wood fence installation

We reached out to Ergeon in regard to replacing our 8ft cedar fence. We have a unique and challenging backyard, so we were amazed at how our Customer Specialist David Howard addressed our barrage of questions and concern. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We feel confident that our unique project will be in good hands with Ergeon.

So far, this company has done absolutely a poor job with scheduling my fence installation. I have been working with them for over 2 months and still do not have a fence up. I will state that for a few weeks I had to go back and forth with the quote since I was having to work with 4 different neighbors. However, they originally had me scheduled for a Thursday/Friday installation. I received a text from a Project Manager (Hector) at 7:21 pm stating they would be out the next day. Around 30 minutes later, I received another text from Hector asking if the installer could push to the next week. I did not respond, and they did not come out the next day (after requesting the time off last minute with my boss). I requested to speak to a manager, and was contacted very late the next day by a Sr. Escalation Manager who sympathized with me, offered to compensate me for the time I had to take off work (only offered me $150 off, not what I make in a day but I accepted) and then ensured me the installer would be out the following Monday and Tuesday for demo and install, between 8-9 a.m. So now it is just after 10 a.m., and i have not received a phone call, email, text, stating if the installer is even going to come in today. I will update this assuming the company comes out today, and makes it right by me. As for now, I would SERIOUSLY check around with other companies. UPDATE: The PM finally emailed and text me (not called) and suddenly because of the weather (even though it is a sunny day outside and was the day before as well) the installer cant make it out for another week. Why would they wait until the day of (after their alleged show time) to contact the customer? You would have to ask them. But I strongly recommend you do yourself a favor and find a different company to do business with. Services: Wood fence installation, Fence installation

Well I Google fence companies and talked with several but decided to ho with Ergeon because they didn't over sale me or their products or company. Ignacio was very personal and pleasant person gave me many options to choose from. Always available whenever I had a question and I had many the designs he provided to me and my husband were very appealing. This is a great company if you're looking for someone to walk you through the process of purchasing a new fence or maybe repair. Wish we had use them the first time .
