Will never buy flowers there again. I prepaid a bouquet of flowers a week before Valentines and it was supposed to be delivered at a certain time. Well, I get out of work I go to the flower shop and they didnt have my order. They had my order wrong. I love this place. Let me start with that the flowers last much longer than any store-bought or any other flowers I have bought from any other flower place. The service is always great and theyre always so helpful especially when it comes to explaining things rather it be with the flowers or even when it comes to the price. This is the place that you need to get your flowers from.

Ordered flowers from this place on Saturday June 10,2023 to be delivered to my college kid at DBU and spoke to a man on the phone twice about my order! Paid by credit card and as of today they have NOT been delivered! Tried to call Sunday at least a dozen time with no answer nor is their voicemail set up! No responses at all as of today June 12,2023. If i could give them a O i would! Do not order from them as you probably will just be giving them money without receiving product!

DO NOT ORDER FROM SOPHYS UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY FOR NOTHING! Seems like a common story from this flower shop. I was supposed to receive flowers for my birthday and they were never delivered. They were supposed to be there by 1pm and at 3pm I called to see where they were, was told they were delivered to my house they were not. The man told me they would be delivered again the next day, they never came. They never returned calls, texts, instagram messages, and never delivered flowers.
