Overall I’m happy with the outcome of my desk; but extremely disappointed in their service and overall lack of responsiveness... of course after they had my $1,300 deposit. I had to ask the same thing multiple times just to even get an answer, and I NEVER did hear back from the business owner Luis Alcala. Once the furniture was delivered and final check was deposited, I don’t know why I’m surprised to not hear back. Horrible. I then was told about fees they never disclosed, such as delivery when I even originally asked and it was stated “it was in my quote” (which wasn’t true). I also understand paying when you make changes to the original agreement, but again those fees need to be disclosed upfront.. not at the end when they are waiting for the final bill. I normally recommend my vendors but due to all of the above and even more I haven’t stated (feel free to message me), I will NOT be recommending Alcala to anyone. I’ve shared my story with multiple friends that are interested and they have all chosen different vendors. To be clear: will not recommend Alcala.
