        Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. My little brother died and for the past week we have been trying to close his accounts. They were rude and we not try to help get this sorted. Unless you are ok with having this membership fee forever I would not recommend it.

        This place is utterly ridiculous. My partner and I have been a member for over ten years and we had a guest pass for someone out of town today but they denied his entrance and wanted to charge us $20 for a one-day pass for the guest. Absurd!!!!
