I havent been to a salon in over 5 years out of fear of the results since I have very curly hair. This alone, makes it very difficult to find a stylist that not only listens to what youre wanting but more importantlyone that truly knows how to deal with curly hair. I set a same day appointment with Diana because it allowed limited time for me to talk myself out of actually following through with going. I will never go anywhere else, I didnt actually know what I wanted other than I wanted a specific blonde shade of highlights and for my hair to look, feel, and be healthy without going too short. I showed Diana about 10 pics of hair colors or styles and what I liked or disliked about each image and asked if she could help me get something manageable and amazing with that data. SHE IS AMAZING. She literally took the info she gathered from my opinions and gave me the best cut and style I ever had. Then the color OMG it is seriously even better looking blonde than I imagined it could be (I was a regular box dyer at home so my hair was pretty rough n fried, with yellownot blonde). Now I have a beautiful cut and the prettiest light blonde Ive ever seennot to sound arrogant. Other great qualities these ladies have are they arent up sellers, trust methe shape I was in when I first got there, they easily couldve said I needed xyz to get what I was wanting but Diana was amazing and transparent about what the plan was and said wed schedule as many sessions as we would need to until we get to my desired blonde but she was almost positive shed get us there this time. Meaning, shes patient AF to try to get me to my hair goals and didnt rush to get me out of the chair If youre needing a total hair make over like me or just a hair maintenance person this is your place to go!
