On a positive note, the rooms look modern and fresh and the breakfast was not bad. Overall we had a very poor experience though and that's coming from people that aren't usually difficult or hard to please. Here is the list: 1. Hair in the bathtub on arrival. 2. Pool was broken during our first day's stay (was repaired by second day). 3. The ev charger was broken which is the main reason I booked here. 4. No hot water either day. (They were near capacity when we were there). 5. Thread bare towels with holes in them. Like big freakin holes. One towel had lipstick on it which leads me to believe that they didn't even wash it. Just folded it right back up. 6. The manager was short with me on the phone when I complained, although she was much kinder in person. 7. Manager claimed "there is nothing I can do for you" because we booked online through a 3rd party. 8. It was very noisy. There was some party in the conference room happening that they allowed to go on late. 9. Generally dirty carpet in the hallways and room. Generally many things are unkempt, dirty, or broken. Needless to say, it was the worst hotel experience I've had in some time. I've actually stayed at much nicer places in rural China.

First off, the room was not clean in which it still had dirty towels on the floor from the previous people who stayed. I only had 3 clean towels and the rest were beyond unrecognized as towels. The fact that they are placing RAGS with holes in rooms is speechless to me. The bathroom was below degrading and had yellow stains all in the tub as if someone had been urinating in it. The A/C was not cooling the room as it should, which caused me to use the ceiling fan that was making an awful loud noise. The worst part is, I couldn't even sleep due to stomping all throughout the night from the room above me. When I called the front desk, I was told they would go in person to tell the person to stop the stomping. Yep, you guessed it right. The problem only got worse, and they continued to do it louder and on purpose. Awful experience, and I'll just leave it at that.
