        I just checked in about an hour ago, and I can already tell you that this is the best deal you will ever find for the price! Everything is fresh, clean, new, and smells amazing! The lobby is beautiful, and the young man that checked me in was so friendly and helpful. The photos online don't do it justice! My room has everything promised and the bed is heaven. My only quirk is the tv doesn't have many options, but I don't care. The wifi is fine. I'll stream, lol. This is the only place I will ever stay in Dallas again! Only twenty bucks more than the cheapest places, and worth every penny!

        Awful experience. Hotel would not do anything about children screaming up and down the hall, walls are thin and the door to the hall leaks way too much noise. Room floors were practically sticky with grime, the bottom of my socks when I got home I noticed were dirty and i could feel my feet sticking to the floor when not using socks. TV randomly turned on blaring noise several times and I had to unplug it. Likely the walls are so thin that its getting the signal from other remotes to turn on. They turn off your room access on your room key over an hour before checkout which makes no sense as it makes more work for themselves letting people back into their rooms during their most busy hour of the day, 10-11 checkout. Most redeeming quality of the hotel is location between grapevine and downtown Dallas. Find any other hotel in this area.
