We had a great stay at the Hyatt Place DFW! We stayed for 3 nights. Staff is awesome, A+ customer service. Everyone is very friendly, helpful and attentive. The room was spacious, plenty of sitting room and didn't feel crammed for two adults and a kid. The bed was comfortable, even the sofa bed. Close to the airport with a complimentary shuttle, very convenient. Free breakfast with lots of options. Free parking for guests as well! The pool is indoors and warm. I used the fitness center, it was small but got the job done. Overall, a terrific stay and would definitely stay here again. We had three families traveling and they all enjoyed their stay.

The hotel was fairly close to the Dallas-Fort Worth airport at max 10 minutes. The hotel was clean very well-maintained. Our room was clean and comfortable. They gave us a microwave since we were staying over 3 days. The hotel also has a small restaurant inside. No complaints. I would definitely stay again!

I have traveled extensively and this is one of the nicest hotels Ive stayed at in a long time. Bed was comfortable, room was clean, service was phenomenal. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Everything exceeded all expectations.

Nice spacious bedroom well kept nice restaurant with all needful things. Only criticism all my pillows were different some hard some fluffy some small....but the bed is nice. There is nothing much around but close to the airport....
