I was going through the neighborhood looking for the townhouse I was supposed to pick up something I bought on craigslist in this neighborhood. It was late at night, low visibility from the absence of lights, and then my SUV fell into a ditch and could not get out. There was a sawcut ditch that I could not see. There were no precautions around with light reflectors to indicate there was a hazard or any coverings to cover the ditch. Note: this is a new construction area for new townhouses. Nobody was living in the buildings next to me during this time. One of the neighbors came out a few houses down to see if he could help, but sadly he did not have a truck to help pull us out. I had to call a tow truck to break free. Negligence from the builders building out the roadway in front of 1006 Barsotti Ct., Dallas, Texas.
