I coupled that with "for passion" which I learned from the Keynote Saturday AM and promptly terminated the employment of a bad egg in my shop. I am grateful I listened to Glenna and I want people to know she inspired me to make change. HR is a complex aspect of your business, and most entrepreneurs are not experts in this field.
