The most honest and best Carrier dealer in DFW! Still FAMILY owned unlike a lot companies here in DFW and they've been in business for over 50 years. Do yourself a favor and call next time your heating or A/C goes out.

I got charged $267 for changing a Blower Capacitor in the morning and the in the evening my AC went out again so I was told to send a text if anything came up and after I was told to check some to if it was a breaker or something I didnt receive any respond, then I called the office and was told by a lady that she was going to send the same again and he never got here or called. I wouldnt mind but the fact that they on top off it lied that they would come is upsetting because another company that was not on my area recommended Harlen & Johnson to me and said they had never had complaints.

Harlen Johnson has been great for me and my business A/C needs. Always very prompt and get the job done fast. I had a A/C go out over the weekend and and they came Monday morning to fix it. Would highly recommend.
