Bobby and Foley were super professional on time and very thorough. They performed regular maintenance on all of our units and investigated and troubleshooted few questions I had Highly recommend them!

Do NOT use Chapman Air. I spent over $30,000 on a new Trane four-zone variable speed system, with new furnace, condenser, duct work, dehumidifier, and air scrubber. A year and a half later, the system still isn't working correctly. Chapman's workers dropped tools and damaged the new white oak hardwood flooring, put a hole in the bedroom ceiling, and damaged the walls in the hallway. So far, the system has leaked three times (damaging the attic sheathing and the living room ceiling). It still isn't operating properly. I do not recommend Chapman Air & Heat.

David and Tendo did a great job servicing our air units. They were prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and very cautious on entry and exit to our home. David has serviced our units for years and always takes the time to walk us through his observations and the performance of the units. I have the highest confidence in David and Tendo, and highly recommend Chapman.
