Im a certified hypnotherapist myself, and Ellen has not only shaped the way I view change work and the mind, but shes helped heal so much of my inner world. When I came to Ellen, I was lost, depressed, and carrying deep emotional pain. It was through her expert guidance and loving care that we were able to work through a lot of my subconscious resistance, develop a loving and accepting relationship with my Internal Family System, and let go of a lot of that buried emotional turmoil.
Since working with her, I feel lighter, happier, more accepting of things, and feel more in touch with my authentic self. Even though I pride myself on being self-aware, Ive gained so many therapeutic insights into my inner world working with her. (Ive even achieved bliss states a few times!)
Ellens vast knowledge of therapy is almost as big as her heart. She is always encouraging, positive, and kind. I always feel encouraged after every session, and I can sense the genuine care and concern for me both as a client and as a human being. She is absolutely made for this profession. I highly recommend her, and look forward to our work together in the future!
