I contacted Mike because I was looking to redesign my engagement ring. He was very prompt and met with me and my husband within a few days. After talking with him, we decided on a completely new upgrade instead and I couldnt be happier! He is so responsive, respectful and honest, and he worked with our budget to make this ring exactly what we were looking for. I definitely feel like I have my own personal jeweler and Im excited for future creations with the Diamond Room!

I enjoyed my experience and was beyond happy with the ring I designed at diamond room of Dallas. Mike was very accommodating and made sure I was happy with the ring I designed for my fiancee. I took my design to other jewelers and was turned away. When I came to Mike he said he could design my ring, and he did not disappoint. He even met with us on a Sunday. We are definitely coming back for other projects. Thank you Mike!

Cant say enough positive things about Mike and the buying experience. Found Mike @ The Diamond Room on Reddit (found many comments mentioning his great work), while researching best places to get a custom engagement ring. From the first point of contact, you could tell hes been doing this for years and provided guidance on how to buy. I had a custom ring designed and delivered in ~ 3-4 weeks and it was everything I dreamed. Im happy to report she said yes! and is in LOVE with her ring.
