Jeremy is a real caretaker. I have a small business and he curated his method of connection in a way that all of my students were able to take something valuable to help THEM serve their guests better. We are a barber academy, and service and connection are imperative to what we do. Jeremy was able to create a tool in where mental health can be a conversation without the barber overstepping boundaries. I recommend him 100% to any organization looking for the tools to refer those needing help. Arent we all?

Jeremy spoke at an office "Lunch & Learn" about breathing techniques and mindfulness to help reduce stress in the work place and it was incredibly beneficial. He is relatable while maintaining his professionalism in a way that allows you to trust and respect him. Mind Above exceeds expectations, having a founder and therapist that understands human nature and the mind so fully.
